How to send a string via Bluefruit to the designated iOS app

Urgent help needed!

I trying to transfer a string from my Arduino to the adafruit iOS app but cant find the right place to put it in the Bluefruit I/O Arduino code (file name: Adafruit_BLE_Firmata).
My goal is to transfer the string from the arduino to the UART Terminal (in the iOS app - like in the following image).

*I'm using a Bluefruit Shield to communicate with my iPhone.
