Adafruit Audio FX Sound Board - WAV/OGG Trigger with 16MB Flash
If I got Power (USB or VIN/GND with Battery) on the Sound Board both LED are glowing. And on PC/MAC it can't find it and also both LED are glowing. Because of this its not working for anything. If you make a Reste, nothing will be changed.
I have installed over ten of these boards, but this is the first one with this problem that's why I did not install it either.
Thanks in advance for your help

Have you tried a different USB cable?

If you use the USB cable that comes with a 5V Cell/Mobile phone battery pack, those often do not have the USB data lines necessary to talk to a PC/Mac USB port.
Please use a known good USB data cable to connect the board to the computer.

I use the cable for many other same board.
I try it on PC, Mac (also with other cables), Powerbank and with Batterie, but I did not want to solder it because the board has a defect.
But for the pic it was the easiest way. But with all 4 way i have the same problem.
