MAX9814 board -- De-couple VCC necessary?

MAX9814 board -- De-couple VCC necessary?

Hi friends!

I have one of the excellent MAX9814 Electret MIC AGC module.
Curious if it's necessary with these modules to add additional decoupling capacitors in parallel to the VCC supply?

There are decoupling caps on the board. Unless you have a noisy supply, additional caps should not be needed.
