Hi I recently purchased a pi hole kit from you and nothing is getting power the pi hole or the display. I tested the display on another pi that I have and it did not light up. My order number is 2127435-2714753656

There's a few things we can check. Which Pi is easiest for you to use for troubleshooting? The Zero that came with the kit or the other Pi you have? (what model is it?)

well the PI zero isn't even powering on I'm not even getting the green LED. I also checked to see if its a bad LED so I used a mini HDMI cable and nothing came on the screen using the provided sim card I even used my own sim card thats working on my B+ and still nothing.

Do you mean SD card? Pi's don't use sim cards.

It may boot in the B+ but not the Zero due to differences in firmware.

Let's troubleshoot the Pi Zero first, ignoring the OLED for now. Just leave the OLED off the Pi Zero, and anything else that is connected to the GPIO header.

Use the SD card that came with the kit. Then work through this section of the guide:
https://learn.adafruit.com/pi-hole-ad-b ... are-the-pi
and note that it links to this guide which covers most of the actual initial Pi setup:
https://learn.adafruit.com/raspberry-pi-zero-creation/

I'd suggest just starting over with a fresh image of the Raspbian OS from here:
https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/raspbian/
and install to the SD card using Etcher:
https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentati ... /README.md

See if you can go through all that and get the Pi Zero to boot, connect to your network, and access it via SSH.
