Stencils for SMT breakout boards

Are stencils available for the SMT breakout boards that Adafruit sells? I'd like to use your SMT -> DIP boards to prototype some new AVR parts, but soldering 0.5mm pitch parts by hand with a soldering iron isn't easy. I've tried to use makerpaste with a hot air station but haven't been able to apply it from the tube successfully. A stencil made for these boards would help greatly!

You can get stock stencils for most common chip formats.

Thanks! I've just ordered 3 stencils for TQFP and some solder paste. Hopefully my hands and eyes will be up to the 'pick and place' task. Looks like a little bit of paste will go a long way with these.
