NeoTrellis Express Defective Button Pad

Post by nerd8622 »

I recently ordered a NeoTrellis express and one of the buttons on one of the two squishy button pads is not working. All of the lights work when I switch the button pads around but there is a defect in the conductive area on the bottom of one of the pads. Is there anything I could try to fix the button pad or any way I could get a replacement? Thank you!

Can you post a clear photo of the bottom side of the problematic button?

That was my thought when I saw it. Looks to me like a manufacturing glitch.

Please email [email protected] with a link to this thread, your order number, and request the replacement of one Silicone Elastomer 4x4 Button Keypad - for 3mm LEDs
