Screen arrived but it's not working

Got this screen https://www.adafruit.com/product/2397

I connected it to the power and a pi, but the screen won't turn on.

I have other screens from adafruit that work just fine, connected to the very same pi, etc.

Support ask me to post here to get a return/refund authorization.

Have you gone over it and checked that all the connectors are seated properly and for loose connections? I don't see anything out of sorts.

Yeah, I have checked multiple times. I also had someone else go through the screen and try to make it work to no avail.

Just wanted to make sure it wasn't something simple to avoid waiting for a replacement.
