909 UL Listing/Recognition

Post by Needsomehelp »

Hi I need to cite the UL file of the 909 cable for my application. I see on the website the picture has a number e126126 on the cable jacket. This UL code corresponds to communication cable from the Pan-International Industrial Corp. Is this the right number I should use when referencing your cable? Is that truly who makes it if I need to list the manufacturer as well? are their any other UL E numbers for this cable? Is it UL recognized or listed any other way?

Thanks,
Steven

Steven,

Good eye on the jacket shield. However, I don't think that is necessary a UL listing for this device rather than just for the RJ-45 cord itself. eg. It does not include the connectors on each end. I say that because looking at the datasheet I don't see any reference to Pan-International Industrial Corporation or UL references. Also when looking up the E1261626-DG a ton of patch cables from all over the place are shown in google.
