I had Adjustable Power Supply with 2.1mm / 5.5mm DC - 3V to 12V at 5A PID: 4880 as part of my order #2640017-4752267775, placed on 8/22. I tried using it for the first time today and the display does not turn on when plugged in. It does output a voltage that varies with the knob. Can you help me?
