So I need to disconnect it from my Nano Board all to upload files. Also reset is required to be connected to Arduino for the boards to talk to each other.
This will be a hassle in the future if I or end users need to add or modify sound files, I would like to know if I can upload files via UART through the Arduino?
Once my project is assembled, users of my project, will most likely not be able to disassemble the unit to upload new files, due to lack of knowledge to do so. I can step them through how to do sketch uploads for the arduino Nano33BLE for updates and thought I would be able to do this for the SFX board.

Re: Uploading files to the Sound FX board
SOLUTION:
Put a switch inline with the GND to UG connection and open the contacts to float the connection and this will allow USB connection to a PC, recognise the device as a USB drive and now you can upload your files. No need to disconnect the board from your Arduino board.
