Connecting ads1015 to a load cell (wiring and coding guidanc

Post by Gianluca21 »

As part of a project, I am tasked to measure the lift produced by a stationary flapping wing mechanism. The standard load cell adc (hx711) is not suitable because of the low sampling rate.
The ads1015 would be perfect since it can go up to 3300 samples per seconds and has 13 bits of accuracy. I have Searched everywhere but cannot find anything related to connecting a standard (10 kg) load cell to the ADC. It shouldn't be too challenging however some help would be greatly appreciated both with the wiring and the coding.
Please excuse my ignorance in the subject and I hope to be able to get some guidance on how to do this.
Thank you
