Weird. Seems to generally be working OK, other than the stuck eCO2 reading. How long was this in use for prior to seeing that behavior? (prior to Dec. 17).

about 5-10 times with no use extending 2min
what can i do now??

Let's send you a replacement sensor. You're using a custom breakout. So if the replacement does the same thing, we'll have to assume it's something related to that. If you want to verify the sensor's performance before incorporating into your custom PCB, then connect it and use it per the guide here (with no other hardware in the mix):

Send an email to [email protected] with a link to this thread and your order number and they can send you a replacement SGP30.
