A "Slow" 12v Motor

Post by AlexMaghen »

Hi. I am using your wonderful Motor Control Bonnet. It's currently powering 3 linear actuators nicely (all 12v). I need one more motor - ok, I'll admit it - it will turn a small, hanging mirror-ball. So the two things I need are:
1. a 12v Motor
2 a motor that can turn slowly (something like 5 to 8 rotations per minute)

The load on the motor is super light.

Alex

www.pololu.com has a wide range of gearmotors with gear ratios of up to 1000:1. that plus some PWM speed controls should get you down to the RPM range you are looking for:
