Battery Bad

Post by TeslaNiklas »

I am having trouble with the 3.7v battery. When I plug it in the project turns on and off. The ardunio is blinking and reloading. I tested the connectors with a multimeter and the power coming through is inconsistent. When I move the wires it responds better and then goes back to flickering on and off. It seems like the battery is bad. Could I get a replacement

The arduino is the Gemma. Here is the rough set up. It is now soldered.

What are all those other wires connected to? If you disconnect everything else from the Gemma, does it stabilize?

What wires are you moving that make it work/not work?

The project is similar to the drum set except we left out the switch. The Gemma is already soldered so we cannot remove pieces. Also, we connected the battery to a multimeter and are getting bad readings. We are moving the wires connected to the battery - positive/negative.
