Problem with upload code with Arduino IDE over TRINKET

I buy a trinket 5V, and i installed Arduino IDE 1.8. I following the instructions the link: https://learn.adafruit.com/introducing- ... dows-setup, but I have a problem when i upload the code at trinket. I have the following messages:
