Greetings--
I bought an Arduino Uno as part of the Adafruit "Budget Pack for Arduino" (#193). It seems not to have the six-pin (2x3) male header near the AREF pin, visible in (for example) the images on
https://www.adafruit.com/product/193
and
https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-led ... phanumeric ;
what I have is more like the photo on the Uno R3 page
https://www.adafruit.com/product/50 .
Three of the holes are filled with solder; the other three are not.
I don't think this is going to affect in any way my use of the board at this point (as best I can tell such a connection would be partially redundant, with analog pins 4 and 5; see https://www.arduino.cc/en/Reference/Wire) but in case this represents something that you did not intend, I thought I would point it out to you.
Thanks--
SJR

That was added on the Uno recently and is not required for function and is there more for convenient access to those pins

Must be an "old stock" situation then, seeing as I only ordered it about two weeks ago!
Thanks for the quick reply--
