Wrong circuit board for game emulator?
We just received the kit to make our the Pi Game Emulator - https://www.adafruit.com/products/2355 - and it looks like we have the wrong circuit board from the game controller. The gold connections look to be in a similar, but not identical spot, but the rest of the board doesn't look the same. More importantly, the board shown in the how-to video (here and elsewhere) is marked "HL 202A", but the one we received is marked "HF 308A". Do we have the wrong board, or is there a way to make this one work? Our order number is 1017531-8198650849.

Could you post a photo showing the board you have please? 800x600 images usually work best.

That board will work with the regular instructions from the tutorial.
All you really need are the switch contact pads (the areas of exposed copper) in the correct physical pattern. The exact shape of the contacts doens't have any effect on how the circuit works.
