hiya - please give us a few hours to reply to threads, we are tring to help and debug. it doesnt make sense to replace a FLORA when the SENSOR is broken!

email support@adafruit for a refund or replacement of the FLORA lsm9ds0 - the FLORA itself is probably fine

The flora is just fine and dandy! I agree! The flora LSM9D0 sensor is defective! I have already sent a message to support @adafruit, this is their response:

I understand you guys are busy, but I'm getting conflicting responses here. You say email them, they say message my moderator!
If there are any resolutions to my issue, I'm all ears!

ok, the post we made authorizing a replacement was 5 minutes ago, that's why they didn't replace it yesterday :)
please email now that you have the authorization, they'll take care of you immediately

thanks for bearing with us, its unusual to have a broken sensor (we replace maybe one a year as you've seen)

Okay thank you I will let them know you've authorized it. I really appreciate it. The sooner I have a working sensor, the sooner I can complete my ridiculous pole dancing neopixel outfit.

That's fine if you guys would like to blog it up. I'll try and have a final video with my cat wearing it by Friday!
