Operating VOltage Range of 1404 servo
I need to know. I have found only one reference online, and it states 3.5-8.4V, which is fine, if it's right. I don't want to damage or dramatically shorten the servos life.

Re: Operating VOltage Range of 1404 servo
The manufacturer only publishes a torque rating for 6v. And that is all that is listed at ServoDatabase.com. Most servos are safely powered from 4.8v to 6v. Many can handle 7.2v or higher. At higher voltages they will run hotter and the use life will be shorter. Unless someone has test data to show otherwise, I'd be cautious pushing these beyond 7.2v.
