Hi, I tried to email [email protected], and I was routed to this forum. I purchased 2 feather 32u4 with RFM69HCW, and one works while the other on is unresponsive.
Appreciate you feedback!

Re: How to return defective product?
Hi,
When I plug it into the computer, it doesn't light up, and it is not recognized by the Arduino IDE. Even when I set up verbose upload from Arduino preference, and double click it's button, the IDE does not discover the device when attempting to download code. I tried multiple USB cables with multiple ports and it shows no sign of life. I have 6 of of these boards, and this is the first time experiencing this issue.
How do I return this board for a new one?
Thank you,
John

If you've got six of these boards working and one is totally unresponsive, I agree, it sounds like a defective unit. Please email support and ask for a replacement to be sent out, referencing this blog post.
