Ok so I got my order about 2 weeks ago, I wired everything, hooked got everything working, but the part that never worked was the mpu 6050... everything else is working just fine, so that's great, however there is no tilt sensing, and im at a bit of a loss as to what to do, at first I thought it may have been the project I was doing, but after I verified with the project person that their works and I triple checked my wiring, I believe that mine is defective, though I have no way to verify if it is or isn't on my own.
at a bit of a loss as to what to do going forward.
MPU 6050 maybe not working...

Post a photo showing your hardware and connections and we'll take a look. 800x600 images usually work best.

that was it originally
this is what it is now

the only changes from this to current are the I moved sda and scl from 19 and 20 to 25 and 24
there was also a point where I crossed the sda and scl wires so that got fixed, and I believe I connected 3v to 3vo rather than to vin, the person who made the guide for the project I was doing didn't think that killed it I have no idea, it still seems like it turns on, and always did look like it turned on. as far as I can tell nothing is bridged, and due to 2 of the three things working, and the 6050 correctly wired up now with the person running the project confirming it works with theirs... so that's where i'm at now...
