These two breakout boards have the same processor and same I/O pins - just arranged a little differently.

Where is Pin1 on the 32U4 board ICSP header - it looks unmarked?

Thanks

The silkscreen is marked for a keyed connector:

Thanks, but I haven't seen an ICSP connector that has a key. I use an Atmel AVRISP Mkii which only has a small arrow on pin 1.

Might be best to place the usual dot or line on pin 1 on the PCB.

However, nice job placing the ICSP Pin1 (MISO) to enable a programmer like the AVRISP Mkii to connect from the edge of the board instead of running across the board.

Do you have a table of all Analog pins and Digital/PWM's - compatible with Arduino, not the Atmel datasheet which is not compatible with Arduino pinouts.

Re: Atmega32u4 Breakout+ 32U4 pinout map

Don't worry, I found the pinouts mapped as Atmel vs Arduino and posted it under this - 32U4 breakout and Leonardo- Atmel & Arduino Pinouts
