IR LEDS NOT WORKING
Hello!! I ran out the first test and the green led worked well. But when I finished the soldering the entire tv-b-gone the ir leds didn't work. I tried switching the one leds position (the one on the right) in case i put the positive one in the wrong socket but it didn't work. I attach some pictures so you can see the assembly. Sorry for my bad english. Thank you!

Check the markings on the transistors. Q1 through Q4 should all be the same. Q5 should have different markings.

Re: IR LEDS NOT WORKING
What are you using to see if the LEDs are working? As I understand it, some of the more recent iPhone cameras have IR filters, so they won't show up.

Re: IR LEDS NOT WORKING
If the green light is flashing, then the processor is running. Not much else to the circuit besides the output transistors and leds. Other than the one reversed LED, the assembly looks OK. Maybe a bad transistor?
