Since I seem to have pretty much every component required, except the wide IR-LED's, I thought I'd look into building one myself.
However, there are a couple of things that I'm wondering about.
First of: Can I use the 8MHz version of
with two 22pF capacitors instead of the 3 pin alternative from the parts list?
And then there are the files in the download section. I don't have Eagle (I'm a Multisim/Ultiboard user), is there any chance a format can be added that can be opened in those programs?
And last but not least, which Windows program is recommended for the programming? It looks like using the Arduino IDE for programming the ATtiny is out of the question, due to the type of files.
Before I forget, the ATtiny's I have are programmed to use the internal clock, does uploading the program from the download section change that automatically?
