Someone may find this usefull, here's the source and hex file made from codes_eu.zip below.

I just added the NA Acer code and reorganized the sequence so that the most popular codes in France will be sent first.
The 40 codes are sent in approx 19 seconds.
Compiled with AVR-GCC of AVR Studio 4 and flashed with PonyProg, it zaps most of the CRT and flatscreen TVs seen in big stores, only a few Asus and HP ones didn't turn off.
