Grand Metro M4 & Microchip Studio

Post by polygonswan »

My "friend" (expert in micros): Hey you should be using a proper IDE try Microchip Studio. Me (novice): it isn't going to slow me down is it? Friend: nonsense it will be better in the long run.....
Well we've had a long run and got a close but no banana and have been thwarted at the blinky stage, no matter what we do the D13 led pulses instead of flashing and our breakpoints will not set or be triggered. Using J-Link Edu.

lack of breakpoints is a bit of a showstopper any ideas?
