Sound Board wont play any audio Moderators: adafruit_support_bill, adafruit

I am trying to make a custom car horn and I can't get any audio. I have hooked the soundboard to the computer and downloaded the test files on it and still nothing. I have hooked up headphones to see if I can get anything that way but nothing. The green light is on but no red light. Also I can play the files directly from the soundboard on my computer. I am extremely new to anything like this so any advice would be appreciated.

The sound board won't play while USB data (power only is ok, e.g. a charge cable or connected to a USB power source) is connected.
