I have download the drivers from adafruit and installed them on my WIndows Vista and Windows 10 64 bit machines. I have installed the latest Arduino IDE and I have purchased a USB 2 hub to ensur that USB 3 ports are not the issue. I still CAN NOT get the USB drivers to load. I have spent over 10 hours stuffing around with 2 gemmas and I am now requesting a refund. I find the lack of support from adafruit frustrating. What does it take to get a reply to a post that is more than a generic the drives are locate on gethub?

Pick up your game and look after your customers.
Rupert.

Send a note to [email protected] with a link to this thread and your order number. The people there will process a refund for two Gemmas.
