Hello,
I just bought a new Pi Zero W over the weekend and it will not power on. I tried multiple power sources including a 5V/2A supply that I use to power my Pi 3, but the light never turned on. I tested my other Pi Zero's and other Raspberry Pi's and they are all working fine, except for the one that just arrived. Is there something that I am missing? Or is it DOA? I was instructed by the Returns dept. to post here first, so here I am. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

You can try this to make sure the Pi Zero is OK:
https://learn.adafruit.com/introducing- ... -zero-dead
And then you may need to update the OS image on the SD card:

Re: Pi Zero W not receiving power
The Zero W did show up on Windows and just finished flashing the newest Raspbian. Everything is working fine now. Thanks!
