Adafruit PN532 with Windows 10 IoT

Is there any available communication library for the Adafruit PN532 that will work with Windows 10 IoT (UWP)/C#?
Specifically, I am attempting to connect the Adafruit PN532 using SPI to a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+.
Can you provide some guidance on what my next steps would be?
Or a link to the necessary SPI specifications if i have to build my own library?

You'll need to check with the folks at Microsoft to see if they've ported the PN532 driver to Windows 10 IoT.
