RMA request for Pro Trinket 3V

Hi,

We are your distributor, Lee's Electronic Component. We just sold a Pro Trinket 3V to our customer and he comes back complaining that the trinket does not work. There is no physical damage. We have conducted further investigation ourselves just to see if we can replicate the problem. It seems that you cannot upload onto the board nor can you redo the boot loader. Can you please advise us on this problem? Thank you!

Is this just happening with the one Trinket or with more than one? If it is just the one, was it used in any way by the customer? Were they ever able to get a basic blink test program to run?

Hi,

Customer has bought three boards and one of the three is not working. Customer did try to upload onto the pro trinket. Customer and we were not able to upload anything onto this board.

OK, it sounds like that one specific board wasn't programmed correctly at the factory. You can email support@adafruit.com with a link to this thread and they can help you with how to go about getting a replacement Pro Trinket 3V.

Also, just to point this out, please note the deprecation warning for that product.
