Gemma M0 circuitpy not loading when connected

Followed above direction and now am left with no cirtuitpy or gemmboot on my computer. I have 32 new Gemma boards that are not working at all and 30 old boards that are now not showing up. Updated firmware and driver for windows 7.
Not sure what to do next. When I uninstall the new driver my old boards work again.

Typically I see circuitpy when I click computer and get.. the MAIN doc that I edit.\
Double clicking the reset usually gets me gemaboot where i drag maker.makecode files onto.

I now have nothing to drag the .uf2 file or make.makecode onto???

Have watched 5 videos and read pages and pages of documents on the site but nothing addresses why my circuitpy is now not showing up to work with.

Very confused... Please assist

The link above didn't fully come through for some reason. It looks like you tried to link to one of the pages in the Welcome guide:

Where you trying to update the CircuitPython firmware?

Double clicking the reset usually gets me gemaboot where i drag maker.makecode files onto.

This still works? You can get the GEMMABOOT folder to show up?
