Huzzah ESP32_ Breakout Board

by mdede on Mon Jun 17, 2019 4:10 pm

I I recently purchased a Huzzah32-ESP32 Breakout Board from a reseller. I tried to use the board but I could not load anything on to it. I started examining the board and noticed the ESP32 module is slight skewed and I believe that is why pins 35,36,37,and 38 are shorted together. This means the TX pin is shorted to Ground. Is there something you can do?

You should contact your reseller first but if you post pictures of the board we can take a look.

I am not sure how you can tell from a picture that 4 pins are shorted but the picture I uploaded does show how misaligned the module is to the PCB.

OK, Please contact support@adafruit.com with a link to this topic and they will get you a replacement. Please tell them the reseller you bought this from so we can get in touch with them.
