a circuit scheme for progaming of the AVR?

by covent on Sun Jun 13, 2010 10:09 am

I'm about to buy "USBtinyISP AVR Programmer Kit (USB SpokePOV Dongle)" so that I can program/upgrade the
microprocessor (Atmega162) to my x0xb0x.

I was wondering, if anyone have any circuit scheme for the board where I should put the Atmega162 in (the board that I connect the USBtinyISP to).

I'm not so good with electronic construction so please explain with pictures or scheme.

If you're looking to drop your ATMega 168 (I'm assuming "162" is a typo) into a board so that you can program it, would this work?

Barebones AVR Dev Board
Red M&M, Blue M&M: They all wind up the same color
