Does Serpente have a UART or serial debug attached to USB?

Post by coreyfro »

Hey ya'll,

Wouldn't you like a brushless gear motor that plugs right in to your USB port (and a 12v power source)?

I know I would!

And I have it working on an UNO. Code compiles, uploads, spits wicked sick plots over serial plotter, PWM, Target RPM, Actual RPM etc.

Hardware: * Arduino Uno * MeanWell RD-35A * Chihai Motor CHR-36GP-BL3650

Libraries * https://github.com/br3ttb/Arduino-PID-Library * https://github.com/rlogiacco/CircularBuffer

Code: https://BANNED.pl/view/4d2653b0

<blink>Question!</blink>

I am looking for a microcontroller like the DIGISPARK to use in place of the UNO, all I need is 3 GPIO and a USB to UART in a form factor barely larger than a USB plug.

The digispark doesn't have a UART on the USB plug. Does the Serpente? Does anything else? I literally want to wirewrap the whole thing straight out of the USB port.
