Analog Input Fried

I recently built the circuit shown in the pictures. Analog input was being read in successfully from all Analog Pins (A2 was connected to directly to ground). I was adjusting the analog input A0, and A1 to their max readings. Then there was a permanent lack of response from A0. In addition A2 was also fried, but A1 remains responsive. Can anyone tell me where I made a mistake? Could a ground loop have fried the pins? Or a lack of limitation of current before/ after the potentiometers? Thank you in advance.

Hard to say considering that your have not identified what any of the devices in your diagram are.
