Basic Setup for ATMega168

Hello all

Just started getting into the Arduino Diecimila, and was wondering what a very basic setup I would need to run the ATMega168 chip on a PCB.

Im looking at using the Diecimila as a basic development board, then removing the chip to install on a PCB for my projects.

I have already priced new ATMega168 chips with the bootloader already installed, and at $5.00+ ea. I will probably be buying a few soon.

Here is what I think I know. I need a 16MHz occilator,two 1uf caps. and a 5vdc power supply. This I think will allow the 168 to run minus any external devices I want to drive. (Like a POV for a bike), (RGB diode color mixer) etc.

Any help and advice would be great.
