I tried 2 different micro USB cables. One provided 4.88 V, the other 4.93 V. Neither Pi was able to connect to monitor by HDMI. I keep getting the dreaded "No Signal". I think the HDMI ports are bad, because the first one worked at first using the same equipment on multiple screens ( I had it in the office, took it home, took it to a big screen to show it off). The second one was DOA.

ok lets replace both. email support@adafruit and ask for 2 PI2's and an RMA for these, with RMA code "FORPHIL"

OK thanks but you only need to replace one of them, because I only bought one. The other one was a replacement for the first one. I'll send them both back to you, though.
