Huzzah Upload without FTDI :)

Post by Georgesegroeg »

Hello everyone,
I've left my FTDI cable at home and need to upload some work on my Huzzahs (all 10 of them)
so far connecting to RX / TX, pin0 to ground pin 2 or any other tricks I found online,
none have worked,

here's is my current setup,
arduino set as ISP with modified baud rate t 115200,
RX to TX and TX to RX,

anyone can direct me to the right way to upload my sketch,
Thanks

Post a photo showing your hardware and connections and we'll take a look. 800x600 images usually work best.

If you've got a Uno, you can try loading a blank sketch, then connecting pins 0 and 1 to TX and RX on the Huzzah's FTDI header. Also connect GND and 5V from the Uno to the FTDI header.
The Uno should essentially act as an FTDI cable. I believe this will also work with a Mega.
