Connect Adafruit Micro Lipo charger and Arduino Micro

I was wondering how do I hookup Adafruit Micro Lipo charger and Adafruit LiPoly 3.7v battery to Arduini Micro

What are you trying to accomplish? These chargers (https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-microlipo-and-minilipo-battery-chargers) are just that: chargers. You connect USB to one end, and a battery to the other. That's it. You can't use them to power a board.

In any case, it doesn't look like the Arduino micro can be powered via a LiPo. It's Vin (where you'd connect a battery) needs to be between 6v and 20v.

Thanks Dave, I understand that the chargers are supposed to only charge, however there must be some way to connect the battery to Audrino and also charge at the same time like any other portable products (such as mobile phones). Those pins on the charger board are they not meant for that?

You are right, these batteries are probably not the right choice for the Micro in the first place.
