TSL2591 not recognized

I apologize if this topic is old but...TSL2591 seems to work properly with an Arduino Pro mini 3V breadboard but when it is with an Arduino Pro mini 5V (see photo), TSL2591 is not recognized. Neither tsl2591.ino and i2Cscanner.ino can't found it.
Wires are the same in 3V Arduino and 5V Arduino, and I've tried with two differents 5V boards and the issue persists.
Your TSL2591 has pull up resistors, for this reason I think this is not the problem.
Have you found a similar issue?

Should work. Check your soldering on each pin. What is the voltage on the V rail on that board? Could it have something to do with being powered through the FTDI cable?
