Bootloader 328 problems

by richile on Fri Apr 24, 2009 6:01 pm

I have the the Atmega 328 on the Diecimila board. I am using a Mac w/OSX 10.4.1.1. I have tried IDE versions 15, 14, 13. 13 is the only version that has "Arduino w/ Atmega 328" on the board selections. I have tried all of the different tricks in every version including changing changing the baud rate in the "boards.txt" from 57600 to 19200 and back again in all three versions. I purchased the IC from Adafruit. Why is this happening, or not ? I have had so many problems with this duino. Any suggestions?

It is in the correct way and there are no bent pins. I wish that there was something obvious like that but alas, there is not.

Thank you!
Your wave shield is working very nicely. Now if only I can get the motor shield to work... I am trying to get an installation piece together in the next couple of weeks. I am hoping to use the motor shield to run some effects w/o luck.
Some examples of previous work:

Thanks again!
