Red blinking light and port numbers not detected by Arduino

Red blinking light and port numbers not detected by Arduino

I plugged in adafruit feather m0 wifi and I get a red blinking light and usb connects and disconnects for each cycle of blink. I hit reset button again and there is no activity. Port number never shows up in Arduino IDE. please suggest. I am trying to set this up for the first time.
