RGB Matrix Panel Library Issue

Hi, I am using 32x32 RGB matrix panel with UNO. The panel is working fine. But then i include Wire.h to add something else, the panel does not work. What does RGBMatrixPanel.h and Wire.h has in common? I even changed the .begin() from RGBMatrixPanel library to matrixbegin() but still it is not working.

Also what about library for ESP32, why isnt there any?
