Feather BLE LEDs?

Post by MauryMarkowitz »

Hello all, Adruino noob here. I'm playing with a Feather BLE and have a couple of questions about the various LEDs. In the description page I see references to "Pin #13 red LED for general purpose blinking" and "two status indicator LEDs".

I have a little sample that works with the pin 13 LED, and the chat example for the BLE uses an AT command to turn on the blue one. All the examples I can find refer to one of these two LEDs.

However, there is another LED on the opposite side of the BLE chip which is red, and is constantly blinking on mine, three flashes then a ~3s pause. Changing the sketch doesn't turn it off. I'm looking in the docs and I can't see how to control this.

Is the LED part of the BLE system or another pin on the main MCU? Is this the battery status LED? In any event, how do I control it?
