Hello. I read the nice article https://learn.adafruit.com/comparing-gy ... s/overview
and became happy owner of Adafruit Precision NXP 9-DOF Breakout Board - FXOS8700 + FXAS21002
I test it to findout is it realy have only 0.39 degree per second zero-rate level?
So i want share the result of expirement.
1) I have Adafruit Precision NXP 9-DOF Breakout Board - FXOS8700 + FXAS21002
2) refrigerator able freez down to -38 celsias
Idea is keep the sensor still at the refrigerator. and record the average sensor output data.
Save the avararage result for each degree of temperature.
for measure temperature i use internal temp sensor inside FXAS21002
And don't forget switch FXAS21002 to the 250 degrees range mode. (at original adafruit code this switch is disabled - it always 2000 degree range)
So the result is at the picture.
blue is x axis - -28 it avarege - 3.2 dps, at 65 it near -0.5 dps
So don't forget to make your own temperature compensation!
it is just experiment, and it may be wrong.
If you play with your sensor, please share the result.
Is FXAS21002C gyro precises?!
