Nokia 5110 Display Fireworks

Hello everyone.
I'm a bit newbe in whole arduino/proggraming thing so i want to ask you for help.

I'm curently working on my project of geocaching gamepiece using arduino.
I created a gamebuino classic clone and edited one game to suit my needs.
Everything was working great till i wanted to add fireworks animation to the end of game.
I dont know how to program it with Adafruit Library so ive decided to define each frame as separate bitmap and place it in PROGMEM then I created a function that displays a bitmap then waitis with delay(); and displays the next one. Everything worked perfect. Animation was even OK.
BUT...
I've got 17 frames of animation.
Unfortunetly, this game is big and when i added this animation i have 99% PROGMEM used and 82%RAM used.
My skech dont even want to upload to my arduino uno :/ (uploading errors)
I want my fireworks looks like this more or less:

So i have a question.
Had anybody an idea how to create animation of fireworks for Nokia 5110 display with less memory consumption? Maybe somebody've done something similar and can share?
Or maybe do you have an idea how to deal with my problem other way?
