Hi,

I'm trying to use the MKR WiFi 1010 with a 3.7V LiPo battery (3000 mAh), but it doesn't power up. The Arduino is also not charging the battery.

The Arduino is working fine (turns on and runs its script) when I connect it to a computer using a micro USB cable.

How can I have the Arduino to be powered by the battery? Is there a script that I must include to allow the Arduino to be operated by the battery?

I don't see any specific code being necessary to use the battery.

The original post mentioned that the battery was not charging when plugged into the MKR WiFi 1010. What size LiPo are you using and how old is it? Do you see the charging indicator when both USB and battery are connected?

Thank you for the reply. I discovered that the JST connected on my LiPo was the opposite of what the arduino wanted (+ and - switched). That was the problem! It's working great now that I know that. Thanks!
