2.2 TFT Solid White

Post by mubachs »

Just got a 2.2 TFT and got it wired up to test. Everything worked great then I re uploaded the exact same sketch and suddenly the display is solid white and can not get anything to work. Any ideas I could test or can I get a replacement?

What sketch did you load and what board are you using to control it? Can you post pictures of the display, its connections, and the soldering?

Following the guide here: https://learn.adafruit.com/2-2-tft-disp ... ino-wiring

I am using a genuine Arduino Uno and I am using the Adafruit ILI9341 graphic test example sketch with no modifications. As I stated I just got the display yesterday and it worked at first, then with absolutely no change it went white and wont respond now.

All the soldering looks good except the ground. Can you reflow it to see if that helps?

OK let's replace it and see if this fixes it. Contact [email protected] with a link to this thread and they will get you a new one.
