220V AC voltage, current, Power sensor I2C

Post by Jim_EE »

I am researching AC single-phase, 220Vac split phase, and 3 phase power meter boards with I2c communication for my home energy management system.

I started with Adafruit product search and failed to find a board-level solution. I just opened Visunio and they support TI INA226, 230, and 231 but they don't seem to support AC measurements.

Any recommendations?

Thanks
Jim

For a single phase AC system, this Arduino DIY tutorial is a good resource: https://learn.openenergymonitor.org/ele ... gy-monitor

If you are looking for an industrial solution, you'll probably want to look at industrial suppliers like PCE https://www.pce-instruments.com/us/meas ... _40035.htm or ControlComponents among many others https://www.controlcomponentsinc.com/ph ... monitors#1
